
FINISH STRONG
So… you’ve made it! You are officially one week away from completing the Hollywood Market Yoga 30 Classes in 40 Days Challenge! (Or you’re like me and about to be taking two classes a day until the 21st… oops.) No matter how many classes you completed or where you are in your journey, what truly matters is that you started off 2025 by showing up for yourself in the ways that count the most. Let that sink in. You made the choice to be here, to sweat it out, to commit. That’s huge. And now, let’s finish strong.
Hollywood Market Yoga in the North End has been our space for transformation, for growth, for community. As we head into this final stretch, remember why you started. Maybe it was to build strength, to find consistency, or just to prove to yourself that you could. Maybe it was to connect with the amazing Boise yoga community, to move with intention, or to feel that post-class high that keeps us all coming back for more. Whatever brought you here, honor it. Let it fuel you this last week.
Our focus this week is “Finish Strong.” Let this be the time to reach new heights, push past your limits, and tap into your inner strength. Release any internalized weakness and remind yourself daily: “I am capable of more than I think.” Carry these intentions with you onto the mat and into your practice. Let them guide you, empower you, and help you find that extra bit of fire within.
We’ve been setting intentions, journaling, and checking in with ourselves throughout this challenge. Have you noticed how that’s shifted your practice? Yoga isn’t just about the sweat (though there is plenty of that). It’s about the mind-body connection. It’s about awareness. It’s about the moments where you surprise yourself—where you hold that warrior pose just a little longer, where you finally nail that crow pose, where you surrender fully into savasana and feel the weight of the world melt away.
This week, our focus is gratitude. Gratitude for the journey, for our bodies, for the space we’ve created on and off the mat. Show up for yourself in whatever way you need. If that means pushing your limits and leaving it all on the mat, do it. If that means slowing down, breathing deeper, and letting go of judgment, do that too. There is no wrong way to finish this challenge—only the way that feels right for you.
And when this challenge is over? Keep going. Keep showing up. Keep giving yourself this time, this care, this movement. Because this isn’t just about 40 days. It’s about creating a lifestyle, about carrying this energy into the rest of the year, about knowing that you are always capable of more than you think.
